“Wearing undergarments that restrict circulation is a main cause of cellulite,” according to Nicole Belle, founder of Face Today MediClinics in NSW and Qld.

Her advice? “Bring out the lace G-strings, which don’t reduce lymphatic drainage.” If that’s not your style, try to avoid compression to the buttocks by wearing comfortable cotton undies, and avoiding prolonged sitting and crossing your legs.

“Dry body brushing with a loofah and exfoliant can be done at home to stimulate microcirculation and also aid lymphatic drainage,” she adds.

“Drink at least three bottles of water a day, eat fruit and vegies and exercise and you will be on the right path to reduced cellulite!”
