Position outdoor lights to make feature of trees, shrubs, planters and walls.

Intensify Height

Position two spotlights either side of a tree, focusing them inwards for a dramatic effect or outwards for subtle ambience.

Cast a Shadow

Set a spotlight to shine at a tree or shrub in front of a wall, focusing it upwards for shadow or setting it further away for a smaller image.

Create Depth

Create a corridor effect with plants in a row by shining spotlights upwards to create the illusion of depth when viewed from the entrance.

Add Silhouette

Position two lights directly behind both sides of a planter, focusing the light against a wall to accentuate the shape.

Feature a Wall

Position spotlights amongst plants, focusing them on the wall to illuminate the plants while casting shadows behind them.
