hi there.i've recently bought a 2bed lowset duplex which has a small yard/courtyard and i/m not sure which is the best way to go about making it look nice.it retains moisture,has a couple of palms on the outskirts with little grass.i'm not sure wether turf would be best or if i should pave it.can you help?should send photo's or can you recommend something
