Scrub up. Mix together 1 cup oatmeal with 2 teaspoons each of honey, olive oil and powdered milk, 1⁄2 cup water and 3 tablespoons finely ground sea salt. Before you step into the shower, briskly massage the mixture into your skin, paying particular attention to elbows and knees, and avoiding sensitive areas around the nipples. Rinse off in the shower and then smooth on a thick body lotion.
Get glowing. A self-tanning lotion, cream or spray is a quick and safe way to get a gorgeous glow without spending time in the sun.
Steam your face. Boil 4 cups of water, then pour into a heat-resistant bowl and add 3–5 drops of a calming essential oil, such as rose or ylang
ylang. Create a steam tent by covering your head with a towel and let the steam envelop your face for 10 minutes.
Beat bad hair. After shampooing, quickly rinse with a 50:50 mixture of warm water and apple cider vinegar. It reduces frizz and also removes dirt,
mineral deposits and soapy residue.
