I'm a member of a weekly vegetable box scheme. It is one of the best strategies I've found to make healthy eating easier. Having plenty of fresh, good quality vegetables in the house means I'm much more likely to cook dinner, rather than relying on takeaway and each meal is vegetable rich. This is the box I picked up this week:

Inside was lettuce, zucchini, pak choy, a leek, mushrooms, red onions, potatoes, avocadoes, apples and sweet potato. This won't be all we eat over the next seven days, but it's a good start.

Have you ever tried a vegetable box scheme?
