Renowned plant-based food and lifestyle advocate Tammy Fry, who also oversees the ANZ region for The Fry Family Food Co. says it’s easy! The advice? Just start becoming more conscious of what you’re eat- ing. She is forging a healthier path and encouraging everyday people to switch out at least one main meal a week with a vegetarian option. Her family business is supporting a global movement to inspire others to make more ethical and delicious meal choices. With passion and determination, great things can happen, according to this determined advocate who grew up in South Africa and now lives on the sunny coast in Queensland, is a former karate champion, a passionate longboarder, a Mum of two and has been a lifelong vegetarian. She is leading the charge by showing how a meat-free lifestyle can be a healthy, fun and ethical option. It all started in 1991 when Tammy’s Dad wanted something better for his family and used their kitchen to experiment with an array of plant- based options that looked and tasted like meat, and were packed with plant protein. The idea?
