Print out articles that you think are relevant – or even ones you’re just curious about – and discuss them with your doctor. It’s one of many ways to make visiting your doctor more productive. “If you were concerned enough to look up your symptom online, then you ought to follow through with it and see a doctor,” says Dr Raspa.
